ETS is a sports management organisation that specialises in football and aims to produce better coaches and players through the implementation of specially designed coaching structures and training programs which build up a young player’s skills and allow the player to play to the best of his/her ability. ETS is currently implementing a new football program at Panorama Sports Club with the help of the new Management Committee and the Little League, Junior and Senior football coaches. The long term goal for Panorama Sports Club is to produce better players and thus improve the overall standard of football at the club. The implementation of a School of Excellence provides an ideal channel for the identification and development of talented young players, and also allows for more individualised attention for the selected players. ETS employs two UEFA ‘A’ qualified coaches as part of its program management team, thus making Panorama Sports Club the only club in South Africa (including both professional and amateur teams) to employ two coaches with this qualification. ETS is committed to ensuring that each player at the club benefits from our team’s level of expertise and producing players who are the best that they can be.
